Professional Services Coordinator
FirstTech is the leading independent Apple computer sales and services organization in the Upper Midwest. We provide an energetic and challenging atmosphere with a great group of coworkers.
The Professional Services Coordinator position involves both the sales and administration of FirstTech’s computer training classes. The position requires sales, communication and organizational skills.
We are seeking an individual who is professional, and can cultivate strong relationships with a team attitude, a willingness to accept responsibility, a service approach to leadership, and a positive attitude.
Basic Functions
The basic function of this position involves training sales and administration along with event and project management.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone and electronic communications skills required.
- Strong organizational skills a must.
- A strong understanding of Apple computers and mobile devices a plus.
- Knowledge of applications; including but not limited to; Microsoft Office, FileMaker, Apple iWork and the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Education:
Minimum of two years of college in business marketing or communications, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- A strong background in organizing and prioritizing projects of all sizes
- Sales experience a plus

Apple Triage Technician (Minneapolis/Uptown)
FirstTech, Inc. is the oldest Apple dealer in the world. We have been selling and fixing Apple computers since day one and have been a proud Uptown neighbor for over 50 years. The Service department is in the process of expanding our Repair Center hours. We are looking for energetic, technically minded, Apple enthusiasts to join our service team.
As a Triage Technician you will be one of the friendly faces our customers see when they enter the Repair Center. You will be dealing with all things Apple: iPods, iPads, iPhones and Macs, We are looking for people who can work evenings and weekends. Multiple part time and full time positions are available. This is an entry-level position in the Repair Center with room to grow.
Some of your many duties will include:
- Greet customer and gain an understanding of their problems or concerns
- Basic troubleshooting to determine if problem can be fixed quickly or if equipment will need further in-depth diagnostics
- Enter customer data into FirstTech business systems
- Perform basic level hardware troubleshooting and repair
- General administrative duties

Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 8:00PM
Saturday 10:00AM – 8:00PM
Sunday 11:00AM-6:00PM
